Ursina Bopp

Ursina Bopp works in the practice group intellectual property right, in particular in the field of trademarks and domains. Her work includes the registration and prosecution of national and international trademarks, as well as the opposition proceedings. She also conducts trademark analysis' and evaluates them. Additionally she advices and supports clients in the enforcement, administration and monitoring of national and international trademark portfolios.

After more than 3 years of experience in the in-house legal team of an international company and her studies as Paralegal, she joined CMS von Erlach Partners Ltd in 2022.
