Diego is an associate in the Corporate/M&A Group at CMS Carey & Allende. His practice focuses primarily on advising Chilean and international companies on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and tax-related matters. He also has experience in financing and capital markets transactions, including cross-border transactions. In addition, he advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters, the implementation of efficient structures, and the execution of complex corporate transactions.
Prior to joining CMS Carey & Allende, Diego worked at Linklaters LLP (2025-2026), in the London, United Kingdom office.
