Dominique is part of the Dispute Resolution team at CMS Carey & Allende. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation before ordinary and special courts, as well as national and international arbitration. This includes matters such as the liquidation and reorganization of companies, competition, corporate disputes, mining conflicts, water law, and broad civil liability. She also has experience in proceedings before the Constitutional Court and actions for the annulment of international arbitral awards, among others.
