Florencia Anguita

Florencia is part of the Corporate Group at CMS Carey & Allende. Her practice focuses on advising companies on corporate, contractual, and financing matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, amending by-laws, and preparing other corporate documents. She has experience in due diligence processes, drafting powers of attorney, and handling filings before the Real Estate Registrar, the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, the Civil Registry, and other public agencies. She has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in structuring and reviewing documents related to project and infrastructure financing.
