Franco is a senior associate in the Corporate/M&A Group at CMS Carey & Allende. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, with extensive experience leading due diligence processes, and negotiating and drafting transactional documentation.
He also advises companies on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, financing, venture capital, and the structuring and restructuring of investment vehicles.
Prior to joining CMS, he developed his career in the corporate teams of Cuatrecasas (Barcelona, on a secondment), where he gained solid experience in cross-border transactions, foreign investment, and banking regulation.
