Franco is part of the Dispute Resolution Group at CMS Carey & Allende. His practice focuses on representing clients before ordinary, specialised, and arbitral courts, including the Chilean Competition Court (Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia, TDLC), the Financial Market Commission (Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, CMF), and the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre (Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación, CAM Santiago).

He has acted as tribunal secretary in investment arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), in international commercial arbitrations before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in domestic arbitrations before CAM Santiago. He has also contributed to the preparation of legal opinions submitted before foreign courts and advised clients in merger control proceedings before the Chilean National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (Fiscalía Nacional Económica, FNE), in addition to providing ongoing advice on day-to-day corporate matters.
