Javiera is a member of the Dispute Resolution Group at CMS Carey & Allende. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial arbitration, as well as litigation in ordinary courts of law and before sanctioning public bodies.
She previously worked as a lawyer at the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAM).
