Karola is part of the Compliance and Dispute Resolution Groups at CMS Carey & Allende. She focuses on advising Chilean and international companies on the development and/or implementation of Compliance Programmes, preparation of Crime Prevention Manuals, preparation of Risk Matrices, drafting of internal company procedures.
As part of the Dispute Resolution group, she focuses on litigation relating to civil, commercial, criminal and administrative matters, as well as dispute resolution before ordinary and arbitration courts. In addition, she specialises in regulatory and contentious administrative matters.
