Paloma is part of the Antitrust, Competition & Trade team at CMS Carey & Allende. Her practice focuses on competition law, corporate law, and personal data protection. 

In competition law, she works on merger control matters, participates in relevant market analysis, and in the preparation and filing of notifications before the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (Fiscalía Nacional Económica). She also assists in designing safeguards applicable to the pre-closing period, including information exchange protocols and clean teams, among other advisory work aimed at compliance with competition regulations. 

In corporate matters, her practice has focused mainly on M&A, capital increases, and disclosure obligations before the Financial Market Commission (Comisión para el Mercado Financiero). 

In personal data protection, she assists clients in adapting to new regulations related to infringement prevention models, data processing, privacy policies, internal data-handling protocols, and the exercise of data subjects' rights.
