Tomás has been part of the Real Estate Group at CMS Carey & Allende since 2021. He specializes in real estate and regulatory law, especially in appeals before Public Works Departments, Regional Offices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, as well as the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, all in urban planning law.
