CMS further expands its China practice with the appointment of Dr. Sven-Michael Werner as a new partner.
Dr. Werner has 25 years' experience practicing law in China and has been based in Shanghai since 2008. He joins CMS from Bird & Bird LLP Shanghai. His practice focuses on Corporate and M&A, commercial, and general compliance matters. He has advised European and US clients on their investments and operations in China, and has supported Chinese companies with outbound investments.
