Dr. Sven-Michael Werner is a Partner at CMS. He has 25 years' experience practicing law in China and has been based in Shanghai since 2008.
He mainly advises on corporate transactions, commercial and compliance matters, with a focus on technology driven and highly regulated industries, as well as the Retail & Consumer sector. His experience also includes structuring of complex partnerships between foreign and local Chinese businesses.
Before joining CMS, he served as a partner in China in other international law firms.
