A group of students from University of Vienna Law School, led by Prof. Dr. Johannes Reich-Rohrwig, Partner of CMS Austria, together with Ms. Alexandra Wagner, Head of Office, and Ms. Xiaoyan Fu, Office Manager, Austrian Center Shanghai (Fudan University) visited our Shanghai office on April 18, 2019. Ms. Christina Schoesser from the Austrian Business Chamber gave the first presentation of the day. Michael Munzinger, Senior Associate of CMS China, introduced our Shanghai office and gave a presentation on the PRC Contract Law. Jeanette Yu, Partner and Head of Employment & Pensions of CMS China, gave an introduction to Chinese labor law. At last, Christoph Schroeder, Partner of CMS China, shared his experience with China outbound investments in recent years. All the attendees had a lively discussion and showed great interest on the topics. Below are some pictures of the event.
