As we all return from the summer break, we are delighted to launch the autumn series of CMS’s CEE Restructuring & Insolvency Forum.
The series will kick off with a deep dive into restructuring trends in the travel and leisure sector on Thursday 16 September and will continue with topical issues looking at restructurings in a leveraged finance context in October. In the following sessions, we will provide you with practical tips for coordinating a restructuring process and we will hear from our litigators, to get the latest insight on insolvencies and disputes in CEE. As EU member states make progress with the long-awaited Preventive Restructuring Directive and COVID-related government support measures are phased out, we will wrap up the series with an update on the CEE restructuring market including the latest on available restructuring and insolvency tools.
Please follow the links below to register for the sessions. We look forward to welcoming you at some of our next CEE Restructuring & Insolvency webinars.
Insolvency and disputes
The pandemic has changed the way we deal with litigation and insolvency proceedings. In this session, hosted by Zsolt Okanyi, our speakers from various CEE markets will discuss dealing with insolvent suppliers and business partners, and also the risks and new measures for insolvency proceedings and dispute resolution in CEE.
