CEE Restructuring & Insolvency Forum- autumn series

Past event
07 October 2021, 09:30 - 09:30 UTC +02:00

As we all return from the summer break, we are delighted to launch the autumn series of CMS’s CEE Restructuring & Insolvency Forum.

The series will kick off with a deep dive into restructuring trends in the travel and leisure sector on Thursday 16 September and will continue with topical issues looking at restructurings in a leveraged finance context in October. In the following sessions, we will provide you with practical tips for coordinating a restructuring process and we will hear from our litigators, to get the latest insight on insolvencies and disputes in CEE. As EU member states make progress with the long-awaited Preventive Restructuring Directive and COVID-related government support measures are phased out, we will wrap up the series with an update on the CEE restructuring market including the latest on available restructuring and insolvency tools.

Please follow the links below to register for the sessions. We look forward to welcoming you at some of our next CEE Restructuring & Insolvency webinars.

Restructuring leveraged finance transactions

Regional businesses have traditionally turned to local and international leveraged finance markets to finance acquisitions. In our webinar, hosted by CMS’s Paul Stallebrass and John Dawson, our speakers will discuss issues, strategies and mechanisms which should be taken into account when structuring and restructuring leveraged finance transactions involving any of our CEE markets.
