Lucia Luptáková is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A team based in Prague. With over 10 years of experience, she advises both strategic and financial investors on complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs, and corporate reorganizations. Lucia has extensive experience leading multinational and national legal and interdisciplinary transaction teams across the CEE region and beyond. Her expertise spans various sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, IT, and manufacturing. In addition to her transactional work, Lucia provides advice on corporate law matters, particularly corporate governance, group organization, and liability issues.
