CMS advises FF Group on acquisition by Axis Communications
CMS has advised FF Group, an edge AI and data analytics expert serving the transportation and security markets in more than 30 countries, on its acquisition by Axis Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon Inc., manufacturing network cameras, access control, and network audio devices.
The acquisition by Axis will leverage FF Group’s advanced analytics capabilities in the transport industry and provide Axis with an enhanced toolbox to develop and expand in the growing market of traffic solutions.
