Štĕpán is an associate in the CMS Corporate/M&A team in Prague, where he specialises in transactions, corporate law, private equity and general contract matters. He has over five years’ experience advising primarily private sector companies on a variety of legal issues. Before joining CMS, Štĕpán worked as a Management Consultant. Štěpán is also a key member of the local German desk.

Enery, an Austrian private equity fund, on the acquisition of solar power plants with an installed capacity of 25 MW from GHR.
CSOB, a Czech bank owned by KBC, on the acquisition of the remaining 45% in CMSS.
DATEIO, a CEE fintech and card-linked marketing start-up, on the sale of a combined 33.9% stake from J&T Ventures and Bolt to Erste and Air Bank.
Kiwi.com, a Czech online travel tech company with a global reach, on the strategic investment by General Atlantic into it.
