CMS has advised private equity client Argus Capital Partners and its affiliate Calucem Holding S.a.r.l. on the disposal of the Calucem Group to Ambienta SGR S.P.A. a Milan-based private equity fund. Ambients was advised by Croatia’s Porobija and Porobija, the UK and Italian offices of Grimaldi Studio Legale, and the UK and German offices of Dechert.
