Immaculate is a Senior Associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution Department specialising in Civil Litigation in Company and Commercial, Environment and Land, Banking, Marine Cargo and P & I claims, Family Law, Probate and Administration

She obtained her LLB from Kabarak University in 2017, undertook her Pupillage at Gikandi & Company Advocates and qualified as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in May 2020.

Immaculate represents clients in all areas of Dispute Resolution, Family, Probate and Administration.

Represented Kenya Ports Authority through a multinational Insurance Company in a P & I claim leading to dismissal of the claim.

Advising on matters relating to succession planning.
Contributed in successfully representing an estate administrator in an adverse possession claim over prime property in Shanzu, Mombasa County.
Represented a former director of a reputable land owning company in various claims seeking to pierce the corporate veil and securing their discharge from liability.
Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial agreements for various corporations in compliance with the legal provisions.
