Indicative Work Experience

  • Acting for Metropolitan Cannon Insurance Company of Kenya to repudiate a contractor’s all risk policy and performance bond following the collapse of an embankment adjoining the construction that led to the destruction of part of the structure before the first premium was received by the insurer.
