Nancy is a Certified Secretary and Lawyer at Daly Inamdar Secretarial Services – the Company Secretarial Division of CMS Daly Inamdar Advocates. She has over 7 years’ experience in company secretarial practice, regulatory and compliance and corporate governance. 
Nancy holds a degree in Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science both from the University of Nairobi. She is currently undertaking the Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law.
Nancy’s primary areas of practice are company secretarial services, corporate governance, regulatory and statutory compliance, immigration services and trademarks applications.

  • Incorporation of entities under various statutes; Companies Act, LLP, Societies, Public Benefit Organisation Act among others.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for various entities.
  • Undertaking statutory filings for entities with the Companies Registry and other registries.
  • Scheduling board and members meetings, drafting agendas in consultation with the Chairman and attending meetings and preparing a correct record of the proceedings.
  • Effecting resolutions passed by companies with the Registry.
  • Advising on and undertaking dissolution and voluntary liquidation of companies.
  • Advising on and undertaking changes and alterations to the structures of companies, amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies.
  • Updating companies’ information on the Registry’s Business Registration Service platform on E-citizen platform.
  • Advising on various company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance matters.
  • Records management.
  • Immigration services including application of work and investor permits, dependent passes, special passes, among others.
  • Trademarks registrations.
