Nancy is a Partner in the Property & Real Estate Department of the Firm and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Nancy obtained her Bachelor of Laws and Human Resource Management (LLB, Second Class Honours (Upper Division) degree from the University of Keele, United Kingdom in the year 2009. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Law (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in the year 2010 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2014.
Nancy’s primary area of practice is real estate/property, construction and probate/administration of Kenyan Estate matters. She has been involved in the negotiating, drafting/preparation and reviewing of commercial and residential leases, sale and purchase of commercial and residential property agreements, joint venture agreements, transfers and charging (mortgaging) of land, security bank documents i.e. charges and debentures etc. , wills, applications for probate/estate administration i.e. petitions for grant of letters of administration and grant of probate of written wills, advising on landlord and tenant laws, conducting due diligence exercises.
