Oliver is the Head of Business Development, Relationships, & Marketing at CMS Kenya | Daly Inamdar Advocates. He has gained significant experience over the years in the Legal Business Development space and his work and leadership experience has seen him acquire a passion for the development of legal business through strategic planning, application, and execution. 

Oliver’s primary role is to assist in the formulation and development of the Firm’s Business Development strategy, growing key client relationships, and advancing the Firm’s marketing and communication efforts, including maintaining all databases, assisting with bids and proposals, submissions for legal directories, research, analysis, events, conferences, training, publications, and capability statements, among other elements of the Firm’s growth and profile. He also works across CMS Global, CMS Africa, and affiliates in the same capacity. 

Oliver is a law graduate from the University of Nairobi, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Notary Public, and a Certified Secretary. He previously worked for Asiema & Co. Advocates, Africa Internet Group (Jumia House), CM Advocates LLP, and more recently ALN Kenya|Anjarwalla & Khanna.
