Racheal is an Associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution Department specialising in employment, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (2021) having undertaken her pupillage at John Bwire & Associates Advocates. She joined CMS Kenya | Daly Inamdar Advocates in January 2023. 

Racheal advises and represents clients in all matters of dispute resolution majoring in employment and commercial litigation.

Relevant experience

  • Advising local and international clients on legal compliance with the employment laws in Kenya.
  • Involved in the legal process of redundancy for BNG Enterprises.
  • Representing the interests of various private companies, including Shiva Mombasa, The Mombasa Academy, Coastal Bottlers and Allied Wharffage, in the Employment and Labour Relations Court of Kenya.
  • Representing the commercial interests of Akshar Logistics and Bahari Forwarders in the High Court of Kenya for the recovery of around USD 500,000.
