  • Advise individuals, family offices and corporate groups on succession planning, wealth structuring and international tax matters.
  • Advise clients on relocation projects and establishment in Monaco.
  • Conduct tax due diligence reviews, particularly in the context of transactions and corporate reorganisations, as part of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist clients in understanding international tax issues arising from the specific features of the Principality of Monaco and the international agreements applicable to it.
  • Assist clients during tax audits, investigations, tax disputes and in their dealings with tax authorities.
  • Coordinate interactions with external advisers, foreign correspondents, accountants and other stakeholders whenever required.
  • Participate in the supervision and training of more junior associates.
  • Contribute to the development of client relationships and the firm's Tax practice.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Tax Law, Corporate/Business Law, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience gained within a leading law firm, tax advisory firm, family office, private bank or other recognised professional services environment.
  • Strong expertise in private client taxation, corporate taxation, international tax law and tax structuring.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices or corporate groups would be highly valued.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong client-service mindset, sound commercial awareness and a high level of professional rigour.
  • Fluent command of both French and English, written and spoken.

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an individual who fully embraces the five core values of our Firm: going beyond expectations (“More than Expected”), demonstrating a strong team spirit (“Team Player”), approaching the law with enthusiasm and curiosity (“Work is Play”), maintaining a fresh perspective at all times (“Beginner's Mind”), and upholding the highest ethical standards (“Think Ethic”).
