David Bosco has been the firm’s external Consultant since 2017. He is a Professor at Aix-Marseille University and the Director of the Centre of Economic Law (Centre de Droit Économique) of the Faculty of Law and Political Science (Aix-Marseille University).

David combines his academic expertise with a practical and commercial understanding of legal nuances, which gives him a unique perspective on unprecedented matters. The scope of his consultancy inside the firm covers all matters relating to private law, with a strong focus on commercial, banking and financial law.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of numerous publications. His expertise in business law is well known in France, Monaco and other European countries. He is also regularly invited as guest speaker to international conferences worldwide (Louisiana State University 2021, University College London 2020, Bangkok 2018…).  

David was appointed Associated Member of the Senior Legal Studies Committee (Comité supérieur d’ Études Juridiques) in 2015 by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II, Sovereign Prince of Monaco.
