Marianne Breitfeld is a Senior Associate in the Private Clients team.

She mainly advises Monegasque and international clients on Family Estate Law, Matrimonial Law and Private International Law in both an advisory capacity and in litigation.

Her other practice area includes the legal protection of vulnerable adults and their assets (temporary measures during curatorship and guardianship, guardianship and curatorship measures, enduring power of attorney- EPoA).

With more than 16 years of practice in private law as a lawyer in France, she joined CMS in 2022, after having worked in two lawyers' offices in Monaco. Marianne was also a member of the “Child Lawyer Group” (Avocat de l’Enfant) of the Nice Bar, dedicated to the specific defence of minors’ interests, dealing with a wide variety of matters related to their status and their relationship with their parents.
