Mélanie Manas is an Advanced Associate in the Business Law team.
She acts in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation matters relating to commercial and business issues for Monegasque and international clients. Mélanie has developed particular expertise in debt recovery and contractual dispute resolution.
Before joining CMS Monaco in September 2025, Mélanie began her career at a Parisian law firm specialising in business litigation, where she practised for two years. She then further developed her skills by spending three years working in the business law department of a Monegasque legal consultancy firm.
