Denis Bećirić is a distinguished attorney at law, who has formally joined CMS Belgrade as an of counsel in April 2025. He has extensive experience in the judiciary sector, where he served as a criminal law judge for more than 13 years. Since then, he has spent more than a decade as a lawyer, representing both companies and individuals in complex corporate crime matters.
Denis is particularly known for his expertise in corporate crime, cybercrime and anti-corruption matters. His experience as a criminal law judge and his role in drafting legislation on high-tech crime demonstrate his deep understanding of legal processes and enforcement.
In addition to his legal competence, Denis is known for his excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. He is active in humanitarian causes and sports, and embodies the spirit of teamwork and community.
