Prior to joining CMS, Marko Nikolic has been employed at the Central Bank of Montenegro since 2012, where he has held a supervisory management position for an extended period.
In this role, he has been involved in numerous projects concerning regulatory functions, including licensing procedures, acquisitions of shares and stakes, corporate governance matters, and other approvals relating to credit institutions and financial services providers.
Marko also served as the Chairman of the bankruptcy committee in Atlas Bank AD Podgorica in bankruptcy.
Marko regularly advises clients such as Transamerica Life Insurance Ltd on insurance related matters, QAIR Poland in their energy related projects in Montenegro, etc.
