Nedeljko Velisavljević is an experienced lawyer who joined CMS Belgrade in 2004. Prior to that, he worked at two renowned Serbian law firms, successfully representing international clients in various legal fields. He received his LL.M. degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. Nedeljko Velisavljević is head of the CMS Dispute Resolution team and is recognised as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Serbia.

He has gained extensive experience in litigation proceedings, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring matters, white-collar defense & investigation matters, advising a number of companies with regard to potential and pending disputes, representing them before the courts of Serbia and Montenegro and other authorities. He advises clients across a wide range of industry sectors, including real estate, construction, banking and finance, lifesciences, consumer products, IT, technology, etc.
