Tamara Zejak is a senior attorney-at-law who specialises primarily in the field of energy. She has advised clients in the context of large-scale renewable energy projects on regulatory, real estate and construction matters. With knowledge and experience in different legal areas, Tamara has assisted clients in the development of energy projects (including securing land rights, obtaining necessary permits, approvals), financing (drafting security documents, registrations) and project completion. She has assisted clients in numerous energy due diligence processes, and advised in relation to energy trading matters, PPAs and various energy related agreements with system operators, regulators, and private parties.
In the context of real estate and construction matters, Tamara has advised clients on land acquisitions, leases, EPC and O&M agreements, construction agreements (including FIDIC based), planning, permitting, licensing and project development matters. She has performed numerous energy and real estate due diligences and provided extensive regulatory advice to international companies operating in the energy sector in Serbia and in Montenegro.
Tamara Zejak joined CMS Belgrade in September 2022 after having worked in a reputable regional law office.

She also provides legal assistance with regard to land acquisition, lease and various proprietary issues related to the real estate and underground lines/cables.
