Acting as Singapore Counsel advising Norwegian marine seismic services provider, Shearwater GeoServices, on its strategic vessel transaction with CGG, a global geoscience technology leader. The pure asset transfer strategic vessel transaction with CGG included the takeover of five high-end seismic vessels, and a five-year capacity agreement for marine seismic acquisition services between Shearwater and CGG.
