In his four years at CMS, Andrej has advised both international and domestic clients on a variety of regulatory issues, first as a paralegal and later as a junior associate at CMS. He has advised on corporate matters relating to financial institutions, including advising on retail commercial leases, drafting legal opinions on renewable energy, EPR and waste regulation, as well as advising on cybersecurity and digital regulatory matters. Andrej has also contributed to publications and research on various topics, mainly in the field of energy and state liability for breach of EU law.

Andrej has experience advising on a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on criminal law, including white-collar crime, regulatory investigations, and corporate criminal liability. He supports clients both in defending against criminal allegations and in navigating complex compliance and reporting obligations arising from criminal proceedings.
