Dušan Štric is an associate in the Commercial, Regulatory and Disputes practice at CMS Bratislava. As one of a few double-licenced attorneys who are also patent and trademark attorneys in Slovakia, Dušan has unique expertise in intellectual property law, including all issues related to the protection, maintenance and licensing of patents, designs, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. His experience includes several of the most important current Slovak projects in intellectual property law, covering food, defence, healthcare, aviation and agriculture.

Dušan also regularly advises clients on labour law issues, including hiring and dismissing employees and related areas such as privacy and data protection of employees and health & safety questions. Dušan has further experience in advising on personal data & privacy protection and regulatory, including mainly highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical and food, including advertising in those sectors.
