Klaudia Ježíková is a lawyer at CMS Bratislava who focuses on the Banking & Finance, Corporate and M&A practice areas. She supports the team primarily in transactions, real estate acquisitions and corporate finance, and advises both lenders and borrowers. 

Her practice focuses on regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing security and related financing documentation, assisting the team in CP/CS collection and control, as well as in other aspects of local and cross-border financing transactions. 

She also supports the team in a range of corporate and real estate matters, especially regarding due diligence and transaction documentation. Klaudia has worked on a range of local and international projects.
