Martin is a partner in the Real Estate team at CMS Bratislava. He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on real estate and construction, corporate and M&A, and banking and finance law transactions. His other areas of expertise include commercial and disputes law. His extensive experience spans multiple jurisdictions and a diverse array of industry sectors, including financial institutions, IT, manufacturing, private equity, transportation, retail, and telecommunications, media and technology. Martin is highly respected in the market as one of the leading real estate, M&A, and corporate lawyers.

Martin primarily advises foreign investors and major domestic funds on real estate transactional matters. He also provides counsel on other aspects of real estate, including leasing, construction and development.  In addition, he has extensive expertise advising private equity, venture capital, transportation, IT and telecommunications clients as well as certain expertise advising clients on commercial disputes.
