Oliver Göndör is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team at CMS Slovakia. Oliver's practice focuses on corporate law and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions. He specialises in due diligence, corporate restructuring and commercial contracts. Oliver is regularly involved in supporting and assisting international and local clients in all phases and aspects of local and cross-border transactions and corporate matters across a range of sectors, including automotive, infrastructure, manufacturing, consumer and retail.
Oliver is key member of the corporate and corporate disputes team. His experience also includes advising on the formation and governance of companies in heavily regulated industries and other general corporate matters. He was part of the team that negotiated legal issues arising from untrue R&Ws. He also advises clients on day-to-day matters arising in post-transaction obligations and from their ongoing business operations.

Oliver Göndör is a member of the Commercial Regulatory team in CMS Slovakia. Oliver participates in commercial regulatory matters as well as related contractual and litigation matters. Oliver advises local and international clients on their ongoing sector specific regulatory matters, including (consumer protection, streaming services, gaming and betting and tobacco, ride sharing services, payment services).
Oliver further focuses on crypto assets and is a member of the CMS CEE crypto group, which brings together legal experts from multiple disciplines across the firm to provide support on projects including giving regulatory advice to financial institutions, investors and crypto asset service providers, as well as control, ownership, valuation and tracing of crypto assets, and Anti-Money Laundering and compliance.
