CMS Wistrand advises Constellation Cold Logistics on construction contract for new cold storage facility in Gothenburg
CMS Wistrand has advised Constellation Cold Logistics in connection with the execution of a construction contract with Olofsson Bygg for the development of a new cold storage facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The facility will comprise approximately 11,500 square metres and provide around 38,000 pallet positions. The project represents a significant step in Constellation Cold Logistics’ continued expansion across the Nordics and will increase the company’s total capacity in Sweden to more than 47,000 pallet positions. The development is intended to support both existing customer growth and increasing demand for temperature-controlled storage capacity in the Swedish market.
CMS Wistrand’s advisory role primarily covered construction law matters, including review and preparation of the contractual documentation for the construction project.
