Tobias Svadling is a partner at CMS Wistrand’s practice group real estate and construction and specialised in real estate law, construction law and consulting law.

With over ten years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising real estate, energy and construction companies. He draws up and negotiates agreements regarding property transactions, property development and construction- and infrastructure projects on a daily basis. He has particularly solid experience in construction law and regularly represents contractors, employers and consultants in front of Arbitration Boards and Swedish courts. He also regularly holds lectures within construction law and consulting law for both client companies and educational companies.

Tobias Svadling has notably led projects involving acquisition and sale of property-owning companies, preparation of contractual documents for large construction projects and extensive construction disputes. He represents a broad range of clients, including construction companies, energy companies, installers, suppliers and property owners in the residential, commercial and logistics sectors. He is regularly appointed to handle high-profile cases within real estate and construction and is a well-trusted figure in the field.
