• Civitas Investment Management in its acquisition of real estate for supported living in Sweden.
• Viga in its acquisition of residential real estate valued at SEK 1,9 billion from K-Fastigheter, including advising on the fund formation and management structure of the portfolio.
• Panattoni in its brownfield project in Mölnlycke, Sweden, creating a modern and sustainable 43 000 sqm logistics facility.
• Olav Thon in its acquisition of five large shopping centres in Sweden from Steen & Ström/Kleppierre.
• DNB Näringseiendom in its sale of hotel property Radisson Blu in Gothenburg to Balder.
• Strawberry in its acquisition of hotel properties Amaranten (Stockholm), Hotel Vesterbro (Copenhagen) and Hotel Skt Petri (Copenhagen) from Flying Elephant Group and the subsequent later sale of the Amaranten property to Nrep.
• Strawberry in its acquisition of Hotel Aronsborg from Starwood Capital Group.
• Strawberry in its sale of 11 hotel properties to Västerkulla.
• PE real estate investor Solist in its sale of Lindex's central warehousing facilities to Klövern.
• Fearnley Finans/Rentus Group in its sale of office buildings to Svenska Hus.
• Sigillet Fastighet in several forward funding deals and acquisitions of residential real estate.
