Bankruptcy trustee, lawyer Fredrik Thor, hereby invites bids for residential properties located in central Trollhättan
Slåttervägen Fastigheter Living AB was declared bankrupt on 6 October 2025, with lawyer Fredrik Thor appointed as bankruptcy trustee. At the time of the bankruptcy, the company owned a property portfolio consisting of four properties and one site leasehold (tomträtt), all centrally located in Trollhättan. In total, the properties comprise 299 residential units along with a number of associated garages. The property portfolio is hereby offered for sale by the bankruptcy estate. The bankruptcy estate has appointed Svensk Fastighetsrådgivning as exclusive adviser for the sales process.
