CMS wistrand advises Clinton Mätkonsult in connection with the acquisition of Mätpartner

CMS Wistrand has advised Clinton Mätkonsult in connection with the acquisition of Mätpartner. The deal means that Mätpartner’s owners reinvest in the business.

Clinton Mätkonsult specialises in geodetic measurements in construction and infrastructure. Through the acquisition, the company strengthens its presence in Östergötland, where Mätpartner has an established business with a focus on Norrköping and Linköping.
