Peter Lexenberg is a partner and head of CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A and specializes in M&A, corporate law and commercial agreements, with a particular focus on cleantech, IT/technology and insurance brokerage.

With more than 30 years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions, investments, divestments and joint ventures.

Peter Lexenberg represents a broad range of clients, both private and public (listed) companies.
