CMS Wistrand advises Greencarrier on its acquisition of Container Norway Utleie AS

Greencarrier AB has acquired a majority of the shares in the Norwegian company Container Norway Utleie AS, one of Norway's leading providers of container sales, rental and development solutions. The acquisition strengthens Greencarrier's ambition to broaden its offering in container and logistics services for existing and new customers.

Greencarrier is a global logistics provider specialising in container logistics, project transport and supply chain solutions, with a focus on developing flexible and customised solutions.

A cross-border CMS team, led by CMS Wistrand in close cooperation with CMS Kluge in Norway, has advised Greencarrier throughout the transaction.

The CMS Wistrand team consisted of Vilhelm Nyström (Partner), Simon Thungren (Senior Associate), Malin Ekhammar (Associate) and Caroline Törngren (Paralegal).
