Kari Eline works in CMS Kluge's department of Employment law. She assist clients with dispute resolution and provides advice in all areas of employment law, including reorganization of companies, down-sizing processes and transfer of undertakings. Kari Eline is furthermore experienced in international issues within employment law, including issues related to secondment/assignment of employees abroad/to Norway, choice of law in employment relationships and transfer of undertakings across borders.
Kari Eline has previously worked in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has broad experience from international dispute resolution and trade law, including EU/EEA-law and WTO law. She has participated in negotiations of EFTA's trade agreements, and has been appointed as a an agent for the state of Norway in cases for the European Court of Justice and the EFTA Court, in addition to experience from dispute resolution in the WTO.
In addition to the master's degree in law, Kari Eline has a BA in International Business Management from University of Gloucestershire in the UK.
