CMS Wistrand advises Östersjöstiftelsen on investment in Petbuddy Group

CMS Wistrand has advised Östersjöstiftelsen on an investment in Petbuddy Group. The investment enabled Petbuddy Group to acquire the British company Thrive Pet Food. Petbuddy Group offers high-quality pet products with natural ingredients. Following the acquisition, the group consists of nine companies. 

Östersjöstiftelsen was established by the Swedish government in 1994. The foundation's mission is to support research, postgraduate education and academic infrastructure related to the Baltic Sea region and Eastern Europe at Södertörn University.
