CMS Wistrand has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) in connection with the sale of the properties Sågklingan 6 and Flen Vävskeden 21 to Nordisk Renting.
The properties, which comprise nursing homes with a total lettable area of approximately 13,900 square metres after completion, are being sold with an underlying property value of SEK 679 million.
The CMS Wistrand team consisted mainly of Fredrik Råsberg (Partner) and Martina Blomberg Roald (Partner).
