Fredrik Råsberg is a partner at CMS Wistrand’s Real Estate practice group and specialises in real estate and financing, with a particular focus on real estate M&A. Fredrik Råsberg has notably led projects involving major transactions, financings and joint ventures and represents a broad range of clients, including listed and unlisted real estate companies as well as financial institutions. He is regularly appointed to handle high-profile cases within real estate and is a well-trusted figure in the field.

He has a rich history of experience, also from being the Managing Partner of Wistrand Advokatbyrå 2011-2022.
